About Us

Battle Goat Books started as an independent small publisher dedicated to helping new and unpublished authors achieve their dream of becoming published and established writers. We believe that great stories can come from anywhere, and we are committed to creating opportunities for emerging voices that may otherwise go unheard.

Our mission is to support writers by providing a welcoming, inclusive, and respectful publishing environment. We proudly champion LGBTQ+ voices, minority perspectives, and authors whose experiences and stories deserve a place in the literary world.

At Battle Goat Books, we embrace a wide range of genres and creative expression. While we publish most genres, our focus does not include romance, political, or religious works. Instead, we seek compelling, original stories that inspire, challenge, entertain, and broaden perspectives.

We believe that publishing should be accessible, diverse, and empowering. By investing in new talent and fostering a community of creativity and inclusion, Battle Goat Books is committed to helping the next generation of writers share their stories with the world.
